She led the planning and execution of EDGE certification across 12 countries, working with 20+ enterprise executives within 6 months. Stephanie designed, led, and deployed training programs, workshops, and communication governance for 80,000+ employees across 130+ countries resulting in breaking down barriers and embracing differences.
